I take it as an evidence that FW 3.5.0 was sent out at
some point to devices that identfied their affiliate as "bestbuyca", and that this does not happen any longer (it is back to 3.3.0 for Touch, Glo, Aura HD, Aura). I know this is no proof. But since I am not aware of any report that somebody got FW 3.5.0 in the recent past, apart from sideloading it, I think it is a strong hint that roll-out has generally been stopped.
