Was your original upgrade to 3.5.0 over WiFi or did you sideload? So far, we haven't seen anyone say that they had 3.5.0 pushed to them, but had 3.3.0 pushed to them after a factory reset.

To the best of our knowledge, 3.5.0 is still be sent out. But, it seems to be being sent slower than other firmware.
