I have a Sony PRS-T1 and generally like the hardware.
The software, on the other hand (especially the desktop software and ESPECIALLY since Kobo took over) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Sloppy programming and bugginess everywhere really makes me not want to ever deal with another one again. Now it looks like I won't even be tempted to in the future. While I lament the passing of another competitor in the market (Amazon is a bully who I do not wish to support) I can't get too worked up over Sony's retreat. I'll keep this one for a while just because it is working for now but I don't know where I'll turn in the future.
