Notice it even says it's from the editor of the previous book.


Mammoth books often involve the same authors over again, after all why mess with what works. The new one will eventually be available at Kobo, B&N, etc. I would assume, but they often seem to get pre-orders later than Amazon. The 2nd one will likely drop in price at some point too as it appears to be around full list right now.
