Hello fellow ebook readers,

Does anyone know if there is any cross-platform ebook reading software that can synchronize the last page read of personal documents between IOS, Android, and PCs?

The Kindle application works for Amazon purchased content, but personal documents only show/sync on IOS and Android, not the PC version of Kindle.
