Reports of "does not work" are hard to provide advice for.
Please also tell us what things do work.
(Such as:
Changes of the charge system light during charging and use ;
Changes to the screen display ;
Anything at all that might indicate if any of it is alive inside the case.
)
The most recent firmware is version 2.5.8 - -
But the series 2.x firmware was one that used difference files for the updates.
Meaning you have to step through all of the firmware releases one at a time, not jump from where you are to 2.5.8
