Edited my book in sigil - it has a bunch of images and hyperlinks throughout.
I've managed to weed down the abundance of errors in both WC3 & FlightCrew to zero.
Also, no more errors when using this validation tool:

However... After I upload to smashwords, it sends me this email:

No other info! Where would you start hunting for these errors?
I've used the offline version of flightcrew, submitted multiple times, and have emailed smashwords (but not prepared to wait idly for a response...)
