actually microusb head is slightly longer than "normal" USB, believe it or not. The first time that I used another microusb cable I was puzzled because T68 didn't charge or was recognised as an external device. Then I compare the two cables and there was a surprise:
T68's USB head: 6,28mm (0,247")
Normal USB head: 5,40mm (0,212")
As the short head cannot make complete contact with the female connector, I could be explained the strange behaviour
Now the problem is that I have to carry original cable with T68 and I have to be very aware of not losing it.
Maybe, just maybe, what I explained is related with T68's charging problems
