Okay, re-purchased the Narnia books in Microsoft Reader (lit) format, used LitConvert to strip the DRM and then used Calibre to convert to LRF. Everything looks great, very very happy. I think I'm going to stick to Microsoft Reader format as much as I can, seems to be an easy solution for avoiding DRM.
