My experience is that Amazon doesn't match prices that they know to be good for just a day. I used to submit lower prices (links are on the books' webpages) on daily sales to Amazon, but to my knowledge they never changed one of their prices in response. Do any of you other Mobilereaders know for sure what Amazon's policies are on this?

Thanks for the post about the orphan in Romania. I used to read things like that, but I just got to the point that I couldn't bear to read or hear about people suffering. Maybe it was because I felt overwhelmed, already, by the bad stuff that I knew about in the world. Probably I was seeing too much news; I cut back on that, too.
