I've got a Nook STR GlowLight. It's currently on 1.2.0.

I'm trying to update it to 1.3.1 - http://www.barnesandnoble.com/u/soft...ght/379004086/

I've attached it to WiFi and left it on charge, but it didn't get the update pushed to it.

I've stuck the update ZIP file in the root directory of the Nook - but again, it doesn't update.

Weirdly, after rebooting the Nook, the .zip file had vanished.

I've reset and re-registered the device - but all to no avail.

Any idea what I can do to force this update?
