Although I worked out hard today, I didn't use my arm at all. I just concentrated on footwork combinations for two hours. No strain on my arm muscles at all. I didn't even hold a weapon while I was doing mobility drills. Just let my arm dangle as I moved up and down the piste. I'll do this for the next 6-8 weeks while my arm heals. Next week I'll probably add in some right-handed experimenting. It will be like learning an entirely new sport!
