We have those same type of mailboxes in the condo where I live, but get this: a mail carrier lost the keys to the bigger boxes. *facepalm* Our old letter carrier was good about leaving packages at our doors-- it's a security building-- but we got a new carrier a couple months ago and it took about two weeks of complaints to get him to leave the packages at our doors. So yeah, I blame the post office too.
