In 20 years I expect Amazon to be far more bureaucratic, and far less nimble than it is now. I also would be unsurprised to see it, in its turn, being upstarted by some new company riding the wave of some new and unanticipated technological disruption (as MS did to IBM with the advent of the personal computer, and as Google and Google did to MS with the advent of the Internet).
