Which implies that one can either Delete or Recycle/Restore.

Calibre doesn't have it's own repository/bin for deleted objects which can be recycled/restored.

On second thoughts, that would be a nice feature for Calibre, its own recycle bin or maybe point Calibre's delete button to windows' recycle bin, i.e. have a option on the delete button to open windows recycle bin for books which are inadvertently deleted when the "refresh" button is clicked .
