Why use a refresh icon for delete button ?.
The delete button icon uses arrows in a triangle to depict delete, this is counter intuitive as all the other software that I have used uses either a Red Cross or a Bin as the icon on the delete buttons.

The green triangle arrowed icon is used for refresh in all software that I have used.
