Reports are in that Amazon is silently sending the latest wave of Paperwhite 2nd-gen kindles with 4GB storage instead of 2GB.
(And not just the Japanese models.

What is this about slower and slower? The Kindle should not be slowing down just because of age.
It would be getting slower at specific things like searching, as more books are added. Other things, like actually reading
do not slow down. (Unless something is weirdly wrong?)
