1. Yes. The highlighted text is saved into "My Clippings.txt" file and can be exported to Evernote directly in Koreader.
2. Yes. Highlightling is supported in EPUB/PDF/DJVU documents, even in scanned PDFs.
3. Yes.
4. Only if an Android ROM is ported to Kindle device.
