It came! It came! Just arrived via USPS now. I never did get a confirmation / shipping / tracking email.

Looking at the label, it appears that Canada Post received it a week ago (7/22). So it had already been sent by the time I contacted Kobo customer service on Thursday. And even after 'escalating to second-tier support', no one at Kobo was able to see that the device had already shipped, because they told me it was still 'processing' on the 25th, days after it had shipped. How on earth can they be *that* disorganised when it comes to tracking their own products?

But at least it arrived!
