Having trouble understanding what
Page Setup is in Calibre's conversion settings. I thought the nature of EPUB and MOBI was that there was no inherent page setup and that the text simply conforms to the device. Furthermore,
Generic e-ink and
Default Output Profile both sound very similar, both in their titles and their descriptions.
