GeoffR, your post was wonderfully helpful, but now I haave another issue, the actual reason I enjoy kepubs is because the page numbers ar according to the kobo screen, not the real book. With fullscreen mode on the footer completely disappears and I can't see the pages anymore. Is there any possible change to this hack to keep showing the page numbers in the bottom?
