It does, but apparently not for MobiPocket books.

MobiPocket books can either have their justification "hard wired" into them, OR the reader application can choose to display them either left or fully justified. I understand that the Hanlin displays all Mobi books as fully justified. Virtually all other implementations of the Mobi Reader allow the user to choose whether a book is displayed left or fully justified.
