There are 2 tools that exist to create x-ray files for books based on the info on Shelfari (and/or Wikipedia):
Command-line xray tool
Mjwilson's Calibre Plugin

You could certainly build one from that info in the index, but it would be time consuming if it's not already on Shelfari.
