If you are asking if there is a tool that will automatically translate an ebook from one language to another, the answer is no. Language translation software is not that sophisticated (yet). I used to work for a language translation software company, and each type of document required a dictionary of specialized terminology. Even then, the translation could be quite stilted. There is no substitute for a human translator who is fluent in both languages.
