1. Convert the azw/mobi file to an ePub file with Kindleunpack or Calibre.
2. Extract all .html files from the .ePub file with 7Zip.
3. Translate the .html files with your favorite CAT tool.
4. Rebuild the .ePub file (replace files, regenerate NCX and HTML TOCs etc.).
5. Convert the updated .ePub file to an .azw3 file.
