Pretty much any USB charger rated from 5V with output current of at least 500mA will work with your Glo. The one I picked up is rated 90-240V input, 5V, 700mA out for $5 at NCIX a couple of years back. The charging circuitry in the Glo will limit the input current to a safe value.

Looking at Amazon, I noted a Vinsic 2.4A USB Charger 12W Dual USB Wall Charger (100V-240V) which has the wide input voltage and will even charge a tablet that requires more current than a standard USB adapter can supply. You'll still need the adapters for the North American style plug to whatever is being used locally.
