When you already own the title there's no way to add it to your Kindle Unlimited library to potentially get free access to the audiobook. It doesn't seem fair that if you have paid for the KU service and purchased the book you can't also access the audiobook I contacted Amazon CS via chat and they sent me to an Audible rep who didn't really understand my question, so I may just try calling them after a while.
But as Blossom said the selection is nowhere near as broad as Scribd or Oyster.
You know, I was thinking about this. I have books that I bought or got for free at some point I haven't read yet and they are in KU now. I don't think you can get a KU book if you already own it. I am going to try that by finding one I own and see what happens when I try to read for free even though its in my account already. Just finding one of those now will take a while.

I signed up for the trial because I was reading "Angelfall" with my July prime loan and wanted to read the next one right away and not have to wait until August for the next prime. I have about 42 books in my KU wishlist so if I keep it, it will hold me over a few months. I think they are mostly Montlake titles, Amazon publishing and some other publishers and a couple of self published I wanted to read like Rosalind Laker.
Most of the SP stuff in there is not of interest to me. They really need to get some publishers for this to work in the long run. Otherwise I won't keep this and stick with Scribd alone. I wish I had know earlier and then I wouldn't have bought the last in the Kathleen Turner series and a couple of other Montlake titles I bought on a daily deal sale.

I have to say the immersion reading is really nice on the Nexus with the combined audio book. Many of the amazon published titles have narration included.

I have 30 days to make my mind up. Well, 29 days now.
