Thanks for the post. For some reason, I've found it harder to tease out free books from Kobo than from other vendors, especially Amazon, so it will be nice to get the daily emails from whatever outfit it is that sends them out.

When I signed up for the daily emails, the last page had a link "return to koboreview." I went there; what the site is is an archive of free ebooks from previous daily mails.

I went back about three weeks' time to see what had been offered each day. I noticed that most of the ebooks in my favorite category, non-fiction, were still free! I picked up a good number of free ebooks that way. You might want to check it out for yourselves.

One caveat: the great majority of the books in the non-fiction category, at least, were Smashwords imprints. All of the other ones were self-published, from indie publishers, and such like, except for one (a William Morrow imprint).`Don't let that keep you from signing up for the daily emails! There were a lot of high-quality ebooks. It seems that the outfit that sends out the daily emails has gone to the great effort to "pick through" the available free ebooks to find the "cream of the crop."
