My Nexus 2013 would not restart, no matter what I did, after the battery went flat. I sent it in for warranty service, and they did fix it, but I was well chastised for allowing the battery to go flat. I've been very careful since then to keep it charged.

I did start a thread before I shipped it for warranty service....
