Put a shortcut to ebook-editor.exe into your Send To folder, and you can send an epub/azw3 to it,

Pin ebook-editor.exe to your task bar and you can drop an epub/azw3 onto it.

Or just drop the epub/azw3 directly onto the ebook-editor.exe file itself.

All of which can be used without having the Calibre Library Manager program (calibre.exe) running.
