Finished "The Glory of Their Times: The Story of the Early Days of Baseball Told by the Men Who Played It" by Lawrence Ritter. One of the best books I've read in years. Particularly liked the multiple viewpoints of some famous events in baseball, like the Merkle incident in the 1908 pennant race.

Kudos to GA Russell for the recommendation.
