Operating systems do not normally see the HTTP links, the download agent such as a browser or download manager look after them.
Maybe the download failed, the previous download was lying around in the downloads folder, and some sort of automated process 'installed' it, hence the "Change", "Repair", "Remove".
Or the OP didn't download from the 'official site'. There's at least one other download location that has been known to deliver the wrong version. It had the right name, but the checksum was wrong and the Revision Number was for an earlier release - e.g. it said it was
1.34 but inside it was 1.32 1.37 but inside it was 1.36. Its in a thread in Devices somewhere - site name was
something like FOSS
warehub.
