Found that the inbuilt recipe for "The Hindu" was not only working but was also designed to fetch only the front page news.

Updated the recipe to fetch articles under the following section headers

Front Page
National
International
Opinion
Business
Sport

The web pages for the State news were slightly more complicated (as I would need to determine the State and City preferences for different users), so I have not included them.

If the recipe seems satisfactory please update the default one with this.
