@tweak4: CM doesn't see Cloud collections at all (which is one way of 'identifying' them).

So, yeah, my guess is cloud collections kerfluffle, since those 'moving' collections sure sound like Cloud Collections

There's not much that can be done on CM's side if the UI is behaving badly, but I'll check if I can at least reproduce that on my local-only device...
