I also read the first three novellas of Anne Rainey's Blackwater series. While I liked the series' set-up and the first book wasn't too bad, I ended up deleting the entire series as the writing style just didn't appeal to me.
I have been fairly good about my purchases. I did buy four books in series I have not yet started reading
I know, I know, I am
supposed to be cutting down on that. And three are in series by new-to-me authors! But two were 99¢ to start so I can't feel too terribly guilty
I'm hoping to get a few more good Kobo codes as there are books releasing this week I want as well as one on the 21st.
