Red face Language "detection" when adding books

First; thank you very very much for Calibre. It is truly a great help and a marvellous program. I simply could not live without it.

I've learned many tricks on how to get the most out of it from lurking here for quite a while, seeking out answers to my questions by studying what has been written in past threads.

The answer to one question however has eluded me so far:

Sometimes, when adding a book, say something from Project Gutenberg, Calibre automatically but erroneously assumes that the language of the book is Danish. Probably something to do with me actually being located in Denmark, but I'd like to change that automatic assumption to english, as 99.9% of my reading is english.

Any way to do so?
