Apologies, I was confused by your mention of Kindle, because there aren't any eInk Kindle Android devices. The only Android-based Kindle devices are the "Fire" tablets, which are of course LCD devices.
Sony and Kobo both make Android-based eInk readers, but they are dedicated readers, not general-purpose tablets onto which you can install your own apps. The T68 and the Kobo Aura HD use the same 6.8" HD eInk screen.
