It's an eInk device, and so totally different to an LCD Android tablet. It really depends what it is you're after: a dedicated reading device, or an LCD tablet. I have both a T68 and a Nexus 7, which is a "normal" LCD Android tablet. I use them both, but for different purposes. You can install pretty much any Android app on the T68, but obviously some work well with an eInk screen, and some don't.
