I loaded up on the $1.99 books, before the expiration of the sale and reading my email. However, the email said something like "please limit your purchase to two books." Ack! Although the system allowed all of my purchases to go through, I conscientiously could not have made all of those purchases given their desired restriction on the number of purchases. As a practical matter, one of the lessons that I've learned in life is that if you abuse a privilege or someone's generosity, often that privilege will be taken away or that generosity brought to an end.
Thanks, again, for letting us know about the sale!
I think that I'm on Banner of Truth's mailing list, but would you please let us know when you get word of their release of the first batch of ebooks in their sale?

I found out about the sale through Twitter so I wasn't aware of the two-book limit. And I totally understand about not wanting to abuse privileges. I haven't always respected that but I'm better at it now.
I'm not on the Banner of Truth mailing list (I'm on very few actually; I loathe promo mail, even the ones I sign up

) but I follow them via both Twitter and Facebook. I'll definitely post as soon as I see the first ebook. I'm so psyched for this development; my first Banner ebook will definitely be the Valley of Vision prayer book. I lent my print copy to a good friend who hasn't returned it yet and I've been torturing myself trying to figure out how to ask her to give it back; now I won't have to
