I've added a brief poll, multiple choices possible
It's a bit complicated, I'm mixing some topics.
But it should be possible, to see some trends.

In my case:
If I order early, it normally gets shipped the very same day (when on stock, of course). So I don't see the problem in the Amazon warehouses, this still seems to work as usual.
In the past, even before Prime (and in the beginning of Prime), I did receive the delivery the day after shipment. So usually I've got my delivery the day after I had placed the order.
Now this never is the case anymore, I get it one day later.
I'm a Prime member and I experience a decline in service level (time for delivery).
