I find the touchscreen accuracy and responsiveness pretty poor, especially when typing, not withstanding the connection problem. The screen contrast also seems poor compared to my Sony PRS-350.
Not sure yet if it's a keeper. It's no doubt the most flexible ereader but is that enough?

There was a mention of an update (from Harry, I think) who said the touchscreen accuracy has been greatly improved with a newer software update.
