soulfuldog is right. There isn't a reader that has everything you're looking for. So there will be some kind of trade off. The Onyx Boox t68 might be a good option. It's front lit and has both manual page turn buttons and a touchscreen. It's 6.8 inches (which is a bit larger than the 350). It supports epub and since it's open and runs Android, you can download ebooks from a variety of vendors using different apps. I'm not sure how good its dictionary is.
