You could try using an online converter from your tablet, i don't know how well that would work though. To move files between your kindles and your tablet, search in the Kindle Developer's Corner for how to set up SSH over WiFi on your kindles, and use a SFTP client on your tablet to move the files.

I'll take that Mac Mini if you don't want it :P
