Thank you very much for the updated 1.44. I had problems similar to those of Dr Chiper. Eventually I found a way round, but this is much better. And in less than one hour.
I'm continually impressed by calibre. I don't know how many hours of work have gone into it, but thank you. I've already contributed a small amount; I shall now bung in more of my hard-earned cash. Well, not hard-earned at all - I've been retired for many moons. Thank you.
