Approximately 100, all from Baen. The number is only approximate because in my Baen bookshelf some of the books are from the Free Library, some titles which I only counted once are for multi-volume books, and some titles are listed in the old style where they grouped all the books for the month together in one listing.

I only buy from Baen because they offer DRM-free formats.

2) how many e-books have you purchased via Connect?
None, because of DRM.

3) What kind of books are you buying?
Military science fiction, because I buy from Baen and that's what they offer.

4) How many new books verse e-copies of books you already have?
Mostly new books, because Baen focuses on current books.

5) How many backlist (i.e. older) books do you have, and by who?
I have some backlist books because Baen has been reprinting them lately. Don't know the number, but I have backlist books from Jerry Pournelle, Leigh Brackett, Poul Anderson, L. Spague DeCamp, Gordon Dickson, David Drake, Keith Laumer, Howard Myers, Andre Norton, Fred Saberhagen, James Schmitz, and A.E. Van Vogt.
