I just had the same problem with "The Martian" by Andy Weir. Their system let me purchase it, but then didn't show a download link in the library. The CSR I spoke with said there wasn't a compatible format available for the Sony, hence the reason I didn't see the usual "Adobe DRM ePUB" button.

She said they are updating their system to properly indicate in the store that a book is compatible with Sony Reader, but until then she suggested looking for "Blackberry" in the "Read this on" listing for the book as an indication that the book is compatible.

Seems to work in the case of "The Martian", at least. Anybody have any other experiences?
