Calibre was probably never intended to do this.

All covers have the same Name (cover.jpg) , which does not matter to Calibre since they live in individual book folders.

My 'solution' is to open the folder (via Calibre: 'O' ), copy to a new location, then NAME cover manually since they all start with the same name.

Repeat till done
