Something is going at Kobo Customer Service in not in a good way.

Last month, I had no issues contacting a Kobo customer rep. Usually they can callback within 5 minutes.

Now, when I try and contact them, the Kobo site states it would take 20 minutes for any callback. I have waited over 30 minutes and they still haven't contact me yet!
