Fixing Hamburger Helper (Taco flavor) for supper. They don't give you nearly enough chips, but we have a bag of taco chips on hand. I wanted to add a can of tomato cubes but it seems the only thing we have on hand is Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro. It's delicious, but it's hot, and my wife doesn't do hot, so I'm fixing them on the side for me and Mobile Beastdom. With a bit of shredded cheese added the concoction should be good enough for company. My wife is fixing a big pot of succotash, so our stomachs should be good and happy in about an hour.
