IIRC doesn't it just show up in your library in the next few hours? Haven't had it happen in a long time so I'm not sure.  |
The last time I had this happen it took four days and a chat with Kobo CS (who after about 45 minutes basically said wait & see if it shows up in a day or two) before I was able to access the book (either download an ePub or a kePub).
